Unveiling a New Benefit in an IT Outsourcing Company
Goal: The task at hand was to introduce and promote a new benefit within an IT outsourcing firm.

Idea: Right from the outset, the primary concept revolved around producing a video. Given its effectiveness as a medium on social platforms and its proven track record in conversion rates, it was a natural choice. Additionally, for advertising purposes, the stipulation was for a horizontal format and a length of no more than one minute. Considering accessibility, it was imperative for the video to be comprehensible even without dialogue, as many viewers tend to watch videos on mute.

Script: We wanted something real that employees and potential hires could relate to. Our main character, a developer living far from the office, misses hanging out with the team in Gdynia. So, he packs up and heads to the Hacker House there – a spot for all employees near the office. When he arrives, he catches up with his team and they bond.

Refinements: Following consultations with a focus group, I decided to add text to the video indicating "Poznań" and "Gdynia," along with the time, to make it clearer that the hero had just embarked on a journey.
Key Objectives:

Authenticity
The video featured actual employees of the company, not actors, ensuring not only authenticity but also heightened team engagement.
Sense of humor 
I incorporated humorous elements into the video, inspired by real-life situations, such as the sound of a drill next door (a common complaint among remote workers).
Relationships
I engaged several individuals who genuinely worked together daily to showcase genuine and warm relationships within the team.

My Role: I was fully responsible for this project, from conceptualizing the promotion idea to selecting the format and building the entire concept. I outlined the script scene by scene, invited and prepared employees for their roles in the video, sourced subcontractors for filming and editing, and made final decisions regarding editing (scene selection, music selection, text preparation). This project remains one of my favorites, allowing me to showcase my organizational skills and demonstrate creativity.

Advertisement featuring the video was distributed on Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube, and to this day, it can be viewed on Idego Group's career page.
